Terms & Conditions

1. All wedding bookings require a third of the total payment as non-refundable deposit on booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is then due 2weeks prior to the wedding date. If the wedding is cancelled in between these 2 weeks for any reason, you are not liable for a re-fund. You will however be offered a new date which is suitable for both parties at an additional cost of a third of the package price. If the wedding is cancelled for a second time, you will not be offered any new dates or alternative photography packages.

2. Wedding prices may flutuate by means of reduced rates or special offers. If you have made a booking and paid the deposit prior to a special offer or reduced rate been applied, then the price of your package stays at the rate as when the deposit was paid. Therefore NO discount or reduced rate will be applied to your package.

3. From the day of your wedding, you have a limit of 18 months to have your album edited and built inclusive of the wedding package price. Thereafter you are no longer liable to receive the free photo book that comes inclusive of the gold and platinum packages. All album builds outside of the 18 month limit are charged at £60 per hour plus any printing or additional costs.

4. All high and low resolution CD for all weddings will be available from 2weeks after the wedding date. Your images will also be avaiable to view at http://www.jay-cimagery.co.uk/pages/gallery/index.php which is an open access page.

5. By purchasing a high resolution CD/DVD you are buying the right to be able to reproduce, modify, distribute, and display all photos that are supplied on the CD/DVD, on a PRIVATE non profit basis. You are not however buying the right to be able to reproduce, modify, distribute, display or supply any of the CD/DVD’s content on a money making, business or commercial basis. This includes supplying images to any wedding suppliers, i.e. Churches, florists, hotels, restaurants, wedding car suppliers, videographers, etc. By reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying or supplying any of the CD/DVD’s contents on a money making, business or commercial basis, you are breaking international copyright laws which hold a servere penalty.

All images and quotations on this website are the intellectual property of  Jay-C Imagery and are therefore owned and protected by copyright laws. Any use of these images and quotations, including unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of works by Jay-C Imagery is prohibited.
